* WHERE...A portion of Tazewell County in southwest Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 502 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of
rain have fallen.

Bluestone River, Clinch River, Burkes Garden Creek, Lick
Creek, Blue Spring Creek, Little River, Laurel Creek and
Deskin Creek.
