* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Alabama, including the following counties, Tuscaloosa and Walker. * WHEN...Until 815 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 511 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Parrish, Gorgas, Gorgas Steam Plant, Whitson, The Wye, Wiley, Tutwiler, Windham Springs and Goodsprings.
