At 300 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Guilford, or 11 miles south of Norwich, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Sidney, Guilford, Oxford, Bainbridge, Unadilla, Otego, Gilbertsville, East Sidney, Rockdale, and Mt Upton. This includes the following highway exits... Interstate 88 near 11.
