* WHAT...Heavy, wet snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 5
inches at lower elevations, with 6 to 16 inches over higher
terrain. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Gallatin and Madison County Mountains and Centennial
Mountains.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to midnight MDT Wednesday Night.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Those in the
backcountry should ensure they have appropriate knowledge and gear
and may want to consider alternate plans. Blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility and the combination of heavy wet
snow and winds may cause isolated power outages.
