Cumberland River at Williamsburg affecting Whitley County. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Cumberland River at Williamsburg. * WHEN...Until tomorrow morning. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM EDT Friday the stage was 18.3 feet. - Forecast...The river crested earlier this morning at 18.5 feet and will continue to fall to below action stage by late tonight or early tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet. Action stage is 17.0 feet.
