Clear skies and calming winds overnight will lead to efficient cooling, dropping temperatures into the mid 30s across the typical mountain valley cold spots, with low 30s possible in isolated locations. Patchy frost development is possible in the aforementioned areas overnight into early Monday morning. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered. Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
