* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Indiana along Prairie Creek near Lebanon, including the following county, Boone. * WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 958 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Creek levels are still rising, but should be cresting soon. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
