At 1158 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles east of Horseshoe Point, or 13 miles south of Cross City,
moving northeast at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Horseshoe Point, Suwannee, Horseshoe Beach, Shired Island, Old Town,
Yellow Jacket, and Fanning Springs.
