moving east at 30 mph.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to trees and power lines.

Emerson, Council, Kelly, Clarkton, White Lake, East Arcadia, and
