Position Description:

Description The Unite Summit targetsstudents in their freshman orsophomore year, currently enrolled at a four-year college or university.

Our summit was designed toexpose participants to workshops and activities designed to foster leadership qualities, build connections, and encourage collaboration! Participants will also partake injob coachingand enhanced professional development.Through this program, participants will receive exposure to insurance career paths, enhance their business acumen, and have an opportunity to secure a Summer 2027internship.

The Unite Summit will take place Sunday, June 21 st Tuesday, June 23 rd in Libertys corporate headquarters in Boston, MA.

This in-person event is for those who are located near the New England area with limited space for those located outside of New England.

Liberty Mutual will incur all costs for approved travelaccommodations.

Here's what you can look forward to as a (an): Finance attendee: Network with recent college hires and others in Libertys finance community Learn more about career paths and finance opportunities participants can pursue Gain exposure to the role finance plays at an insurance company and how the work contributes to the companys overall success Develop and enhance skills necessary for success in the field Data Analytics attendee: Interact with recent college hires who are participating in Libertys Analyst Development Program and learn more about their training, rotational experience, and exposure to data driven projects Hear from industry experts and program managers to learn more about how data analytics impacts the insurance industry Engage in a case workshop to develop your analytical approach and technical interviewing skills Shadow analysts to learn more about the data tools and platforms used at Liberty Mutual Insurance Actuarial attendee: Build relationships with peers and members of Libertys actuarial community through workshops and a case competition designed to strengthen your actuarial knowledge and to give you exposure to real actuarial work.

Qualifications Be a current freshman or sophomore attending a four-year college or university Be on track to graduate in 2028 or 2029 Be available to participate and attend the full length of the summit in person You must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

We will not sponsor employment visas.

Candidates who will require future sponsorship, including candidates on CPT/OPT/STEMOPT who will require future sponsorship are not eligible to apply.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
