Job Description The Financial Services Leader (FSL) has responsibility for supporting the Financial Sales Director (FSD) as well as growing sales and distribution footprint through the development and implementation of Allstate Financial Services; (AFS) business strategies for their assigned territory.
This includes the AFS production plan, exclusive agent (EA), and exclusive financial specialist (EFS) development, EFS appointments, and EFS retention, and tactics to increase AFS impact on Allstate customers to deliver on Our Shared Purpose; to empower customers with protection to help them achieve their hopes and dreams.
The FSL will work primarily with new EFS's on the onboarding and track to success.
Note there are two opportunities available: East Zone and West Zone.
This is a virtual opportunity but may have some limited travel expectations.
Key
Responsibilities Compiles, analyzes, and communicates sales production reports and results to senior zone leadership Develops and optimizes working relationships with strategic partners Drives AFS wholesaling activities in local markets Collaborates with EFSs and EAs on advanced markets and complex cases Responsibility for achieving the annual AFS production and EFS appointment plans in the assigned geographic area by focusing on building and maintaining relationships with other distribution leaders, EAs and EFSs, and to help align individual producer and leader objectives with the organizations strategic priorities, and performs of Designated Supervisory Principal duties required by financial regulations to stay compliant.
Collaborates and executes with the District Sales Leader and other leaders to translate district business strategies into clear objectives, tactics, specific action steps and accountabilities.
Responsible for quarterly forecasts of AFS production Leads and facilitates in market, district and zone meetings, as requested
Education 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience 7 or more years of experience (Preferred) This opportunity will require FINRA licenses: Series, 7, 24 and Life/Health licenses.
