As our Archive Intern, you won't just be filing papers; youll be a digital preservationist and a brand storyteller.

Youll work directly with our Corporate Archivist to turn "old records" into engaging digital experiences.

Archive Apprentice Location: Schaumburg, IL (Onsite) Candidates must be actively enrolled in a 2year community college and or technical program during the full duration of the apprenticeship program.

What Youll Actually Do (The Impact) Curate the Vault: Get hands-on with 500+ linear feet of historyorganizing and rehousing materials to ensure theyre preserved for the next century.

Digital Transformation: Help us build a future-proof plan for "born-digital" records and massive digitization projects.

Content Creation: Flex your writing skills by creating posts for our internal social platforms.

Lead a Virtual Tour: Own the development of a virtual archive tour and curate your very own online exhibit.

Whats In It For You? Portfolio Gold: Contribute to an online exhibit and virtual tour project to gain experience that can help demonstrate your experience to future employers. 1:1 Mentorship: Direct access to a professional archivistno getting lost in the corporate machine.

Tech Stack: Get trained on Proficio (industry-standard CMS) and learn modern digital preservation protocols.

Who You Are The Student: Currently enrolled in History, Library Science, Museum Studies, or a similar vibe.

The Tech-Savvy Historian: Youre comfortable with Excel and ready to master new database software quickly.

The Independent Worker: You enjoy a mix of collaborative brainstorming and deep, focused solo work.

Bonus Points Youve worked in a library or museum before.
