This role will be based in Marshall+Sterling's Poughkeepsie Office.
Join our Wealth team as an Assistant Client Service Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in supporting advisors and delivering exceptional client experiences.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and looking to grow within the financial services industry while gaining hands-on exposure to wealth management operations.
Responsibilities Support advisors and operations with daily client service needs, including account maintenance, reports, and documentation Assist with opening new client accounts and ensuring paperwork is accurate and complete Process money movements, check requests, and custodial-related items Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries Prepare materials for client meetings and run reporting as directed Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems Reconcile and troubleshoot daily custodial alerts Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations Follow compliance, workflow, and confidentiality standards
Qualifications Requirements Bachelor's degree required 13 years of experience in financial services preferred Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Professional verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM experience a plus) FINRA licenses not required; however, if licensed, must have a clean U4/U5 with no regulatory disclosures High level of integrity and commitment to ethical and regulatory standards Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Total Rewards Package: Compensation: $42,500 - $47,500, based on experience, education, and work location.
