Responsibilities We're looking for an Associate to Directorlevel Actuary with pricing expertise to help transform our commercial P&C portfolio into a toptier performer.

In our agile, fastpaced environment, you'll lead impactful analyses, partner closely with Product and Claims, and mentor actuarial talentso the pricing decisions you shape today become tomorrow's profitable growth.

What you'll do Own and lead pricing analyses across key commercial lines (e.g., BOP, General Liability, Commercial Property).

Partner crossfunctionally (Product, Claims, and other stakeholders) to develop, refine, and expand profitable products.

Drive research and industry studies to inform pricing strategy and support product initiatives.

Communicate insights to leadership, translating model results into clear, actionable recommendations.

Raise the bar for the team by documenting methods, ensuring reproducibility, and mentoring junior actuarial staff.

Juggle multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications FCAS, ACAS, or nearACAS with 5+ years actuarial experience, including 2+ years in pricing (required).

Exposure to General Liability and/or Commercial Property pricing.

Sharp attention to detail and the ability to communicate assumptions, tradeoffs, and results to technical and nontechnical audiences.

Handson experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and model output.

Resultsoriented mindset with adaptability as priorities evolve.

Working knowledge of VBA, SQL, and/or Python (preferred) Work authorization : Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Salary Range: $120,000 $190,000 (varies by credentials, experience, skills, performance, responsibilities, and geography).

Primary locations: New York City, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Conshohocken, PA; Scottsdale, AZ.

Role requires 3 days/week in one of our offices and travel as needed.
