In this role, youll become a licensed claims adjuster and play a critical part in delivering on our promise to customers after an auto accident.

Youll guide them step-by-step through their claim, helping them feel supported during a stressful moment.

What Youll Do As an Auto Claims Representative, you will: Support customers immediately after an auto accident Guide them through the entire claims process Solve problems and coordinate details with multiple parties Communicate clearly, compassionately, and confidently Keep things organized in a highvolume, fastpaced environment No prior claims experience is needed - well teach you everything you need to know.

Qualifications An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers.

Able to think critically, use resources and seek answers when needed in virtual environment Excellent oral, written, decision-making and organizational skills Strong typing and multi-tasking capabilities in a structured paperless work environment Requires strong working knowledge and ability to utilize multiple systems during virtual training and to handle/process claims.

General understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders. 2+ years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge, college degree helpful.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
