About the Role Our client is a financially strong, rapidly expanding insurance platform with deep expertise across Property & Casualty and Life & Health markets .
We are seeking a visionary Senior Vice President (SVP) to lead the growth of its Field Marketing Organization (FMO) within the Life & Health vertical.
This is a newly created executive role offering the unique opportunity to build and scale an FMO operation that already has a solid foundation: 600+ contracted agents 100,000+ lives enrolled $130M+ in annual premium production ~$10M in EBITDA with strong growth trajectory Reporting directly to the C-suite , you will own the P&L for this high-growth division and spearhead expansion in Florida, Texas, and nationwide .
Key
Responsibilities Set the vision and lead a multi-year growth strategy for the FMO's Life & Health operations.
Manage and grow strategic carrier partnerships with top national insurance companies.
Oversee agent recruitment, onboarding, and development programs across multiple states.
Build productivity initiatives, training, and marketing campaigns to maximize agent performance.
Drive Medicare Advantage, ACA, and Life insurance distribution strategies at scale.
Lead and expand the internal team while developing strong field and call center operations.
Execute a 3–5 year expansion plan , prioritizing Florida, Texas, and new state markets.
Partner with the C-suite to align business strategy, operations, and profitability.
Qualifications &
Experience Proven leadership in an FMO, IMO, or national insurance carrier environment .
Demonstrated success in multi-state field sales leadership and P&L ownership .
Strong expertise in Medicare Advantage, ACA, and Life insurance distribution .
Deep carrier relationships and proven success securing contracts and distribution agreements.
Track record of building and scaling agent networks with measurable growth results.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
