Job Description This position is only open to candidates currently pursuing their associates degree from a community college or trade school.
Those currently pursuing their bachelors degree or higher will not be considered for this role.

Summary The Enterprise Program Strategy & Implementation (EPSI) team is looking for a Business Process Apprentice to support key enterprise initiatives focused on digital document deliverysuch as eBilling, ePolicy, paperless experiences, eSignatures, and electronic uploads.
In this role, youll gather and analyze business needs, improve processes, support crossfunctional projects, and help design solutions that enhance how customers and internal teams interact with digital documents.
Responsibilities Understand business processes, systems, and industry requirements Gather and analyze stakeholder needs to inform process improvements Collect and review process data to recommend updated practices and procedures Support project planning, communication, and successful delivery Participate in projects of moderate complexity using project management standards Document and interpret research findings for consulting initiatives Support the development of new plans, programs, and operational processes Understand and apply compliance standards (e.g., ESIGN Act, UETA)
Experience Project Management experience Understanding of Agile framework Functional Skills Possesses knowledge of business organization and procedures Demonstrates excellent decision-making skills Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills Collaborates with others across different business units Ability to manage multiple projects at once Ability to facilitate meetings and processes Demonstrates the ability to analyze and understand data Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
