Carrier Relations & Contract Specialist - Remote

We're seeking a detail-oriented and relationship-driven Carrier Relations & Compliance Specialist to join their growing team.

In this role, you'll serve as the key liaison between agencies and carrier partners, ensuring smooth contract execution and compliance with carrier standards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the end-to-end carrier contracting process for agencies.

Ensure each agency remains compliant with carrier-specific requirements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers on compliance-related inquiries.

Partner with agency leadership to address and resolve compliance issues.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to carrier contracts.

Support continuous improvement of compliance and carrier management processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 3+ years of experience in property & casualty insurance operations, carrier management, or compliance.

Strong knowledge of carrier contracting processes and compliance requirements.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain carrier relationships.

Proficiency with insurance agency management systems or compliance platforms a plus.
