Job Description This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pre-Litigation, Litigation and Risk Management projects and initiatives within the 3rd Party Casualty area of responsibility that will support our strategic goals commitments. This individual will oversee claim managers/ analysts to develop strategies and initiatives that will assist Delivery and Legal Leaders in achieving their objectives, including outperforming the competition in risk mitigation, loss and expense cost management, and supporting corporate growth goals. Key Responsibilities Guided by in-depth knowledge, drives innovation by identifying and implementing improvements to eliminate barriers and support the achievement of the corporate business objectives. Ensures and enables staff to maintain a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs. Works with staff to achieve optimal employee engagement and Diversity results. Assists in technology and compliance projects. Collaborates and supports the Delivery and Legal organizations. Analyzes industry and business performance trends to identify potential challenges and design and implements strategies to address potential challenge areas. Leads teams in understanding the link between Allstate objectives and their contributions. Partners with senior leadership to determine and develop talent management strategies. Develops requirements and leads design efforts to drive improvements to business results. Preferred Experience 5+ years of experience in litigation and the handling of complex claims. 5-7 years of experience in leadership. Design or project management experience. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has supervisory duties managing a team of project design managers.
