Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid – In-Office Attendance Required) Job Type: Full-Time We are hiring a Claims Management Representative to support our growing team.

This role provides critical administrative and technical support for our claims operations and requires prior experience working with insurance carriers or companies providing services to the insurance industry.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with claims systems, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities: Enter and manage data in claims management systems, including report generation from HMI platforms Prepare and edit written reports related to insurance claims Support the administrative management of field assessors and related workflows Assist with after-hours emergency response call center support as needed Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure timely processing of claims Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to support accurate and efficient claims handling Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience working for a business that provides services to insurance companies Familiarity with Xactimate and/or Symbility Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong written communication and report writing skills Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Ability to work in a hybrid environment with varying in-office attendance based on business need This position is based in Cary, NC and requires a regular presence in the office.
