This hybrid role will focus on marketing and placement for middle to large-market construction clients , requiring a strong understanding of complex risk profiles and carrier relationships.

Ideal candidates will bring a deep background in construction-related insurance, solid technical knowledge, and strong communication skills to help place and service sophisticated accounts.

Responsibilities: Manage a book of middle to large commercial construction accounts Develop customized placement strategies and work with carriers to secure coverage Serve as a liaison between producers, clients, and carrier partners Analyze client needs and present tailored insurance solutions Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards Stay current on market trends, industry shifts, and construction risk developments What We're Looking For: Active Florida 220 license 10+ years of experience in construction-focused insurance (account executive or marketing background) Strong working knowledge of systems like EPIC or AMS360 Industry designation(s) such as CIC or other construction-specific certifications preferred Team player with a client-first mindset and excellent communication skills
