We offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so.

Responsibilities The Support Specialist is a key member and extension of the Distribution team, focused on the administrative tasks that deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for our agents and internal partners.

This role supports the full agency lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing support, while ensuring licensing and appointment compliance.

The ideal candidate is service-minded, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The hours of operation are 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST, Monday Friday.

Shifts vary based on customer needs and will fall within the hours outlined above.

Experience Managers (AEMs) Assist with processes across multiple functional areas within Distribution Administration Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong customer service mindset at all times

Qualifications What you need to have: High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team Additional Company Details We do not accept any unsolicited resumes from external recruiting agencies or firms.
