As an Early Talent Acquisition & Programs Co-op , youll gain hands-on experience in the world of recruiting, with a special focus on early career talent.

This is your chance to roll up your sleeves and learn the essentials of talent acquisition while building skills that will set you apart.

What youll do: Gain hands on talent acquisition experience including, leveraging sourcing tools, managing selection processes, interviewing and event planning.

Support and participate in office and campus events (career fairs, info sessions, panels, etc.) Assist with intern and new hire onboarding and programming.

Collaborate with the early talent team, contributing your ideas to implement process improvements and enhance talent acquisition practices and programs.

Qualifications What Youve Got You must be able to work full-time from July - December 2026.

You have 0-2 years of professional work experience.

Youre an undergraduate student working toward a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Communications, or a related field with a strong academic record with a cumulative 3.0 GPA preferred.

You must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

We will not sponsor employment visas.

You are naturally curious and have a passion for learning You have a strong attention to detail.

You bring strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, and youre comfortable managing multiple tasks.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and can adapt quickly.

About Us Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role isdeterminedbya number offactors including skills, experience, education,certificationsand location.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market andprovidesan opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
