JOB SUMMARY Responsible for providing support in functional areas of the Human Resources department including conducting new hire orientations, HRIS data entry, personnel filing, and communicating employee status changes to payroll.

Acts as the primary point of contact for the HR Solution Center.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Answers and responds to requests received from the HR Solution Center telephone line and email; Monitors HR fax/email in-box and distributes inquiries as appropriate; Conducts new hire orientations including review of company policies, timekeeping requirements, and completion of required forms; Processes all new hire paperwork and forwards to appropriate departments; Communicates employee status changes to Payroll department; Assists with obtaining postage for mail and labels for overnight packages; Maintains HR department personnel, benefit and termination files; Conducts HRIS data entry including address changes, position changes, department changes, and salary changes as required; Facilitates the timely completion of candidate background checks and references with external vendor; Reviews new hire and replacement requisitions to post descriptions on internal and external job sites; Conducts periodic reviews and researches updates to breakroom compliance posters and uploads to electronic folders; Assembles new hire packages and maintains inventory of copies and booklets; Coordinates interview scheduling with hiring managers and orders candidate assessments; Administers Charitable Corporate Giving Program; May assist with HR project work as needed; Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience One (1) or more years of related work experience SKILLS Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork Good attention to detail and high degree of accuracy Good problem solving and time management skills Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills Proficient in Microsoft Office products #LI-LM1
