What You'll Do As an HR Intern , you'll work closely with the HR team on meaningful projects that make an impact.

Your responsibilities will include: Managing and monitoring the official HR inbox, responding to routine inquiries and escalating as appropriate Supporting HR project work focused on process improvements, policies, and documentation Assisting with the creation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and internal resources Supporting leave of absence communications and related employee materials Assisting with compliance and legal updates, including research and documentation support Helping coordinate and promote employee engagement, wellness, and culture initiatives Providing general administrative and operational support to the HR team as needed What You'll Learn Hands-on experience with real HR projects Exposure to multiple areas of HR and people operations Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals A great resume-building opportunity for a future HR or legal career

Qualifications Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a related discipline.
