SUMMARY The Insurance File Audit Analyst, internally known as Corporate Quality Assurance Analyst, is responsible for evaluating the account service process for various lines of business to ensure adherence to established policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

This role supports risk mitigation by identifying process gaps, analyzing trends, and recommending solutions that create consistency and efficiency in the account servicing process.

Fully remote position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs thorough file audits for various accounts and lines of business to ensure procedures are properly documented and compliance standards are met.

Reviews and validates peer audit forms to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Analyzes responses from auditees and provides clear, best-practice-based feedback.

Collaborates with team members and participates in the enhancement of QA processes, workflows, and reference guides.

Evaluates and recommends process improvement to the audit process and implements audit form changes.

Consolidates audit findings and prepares a summary of results.

QUALIFICATIONS Associate's Degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred Two (2) or more years of Commercial Property & Casualty account servicing experience (Asst.

Account Manager, Account Manager, or Technical Assistant roles), required Two (2) or more years of Quality Assurance, or audit experience in the insurance industry (Commercial P&C and/or Employee Benefits), required Applied Epic experience, preferred License or Certification Property Casualty Insurance, preferred SKILLS Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly.

Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with QA tools.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
