Job Description Allstate | HomeBased | Incentive Eligible Bilingual Spanish Preferred Allstate is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agent Specialist to join our Ivantage sales team.
This is a remote, homebased opportunity where youll play a key role in helping prospects become Allstate customers while earning competitive incentives for your performance.
In this role, youll engage prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls , using a consultative, relationshipbased sales approach.
Youll assess customer needs, recommend appropriate commercial insurance solutions, and confidently close salesall while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Training: Six weeks paid training from 8:00 am, Eastern to 4:30 pm, Eastern Upon completion of training, scheduled work hours will be 10:30 a.m.

Education 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
