Position Overview We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish), motivated, reliable, and customer-focused, Licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agent to join our transportation insurance operations.

This role entails growing your book of business within the agent by handling new customers through inbound and outbound sales providing tailored insurance solutions, building long-term relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly (in spoken and written Spanish and English), thrives in a small office environment, and has previous transportation or commercial insurance experience.

Key

Responsibilities Client & Office Support Sell and service Property & Casualty insurance products (commercial, transportation, auto, etc.) Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Build rapport with clients to support retention and satisfaction Communicate clearly in both spoken and written Spanish and English Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized office environment Insurance & Administrative Support Process policy changes, renewal, and claims support Follow-up with customer needs to ensure satisfaction with services Sales Support & Performance Generate new business through leads, referrals, and networking Establish, grow and maintain your book of business Use negotiation and customer service skills to improve conversion rates Meet sales quotas established monthly

Qualifications Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English Property & Casualty License - General Lines REQUIRED Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer service or sales experience preferred Excellent time management and multitasking ability High reliability, punctuality, and professionalism Reliable transportation required Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced office High attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems Compensation & Benefits Hourly
