An established insurance agency in Tampa is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team, specifically supporting marine and boat insurance clients .

This role is focused on servicing existing boat policies for small to mid-size personal vessels.

You'll be working directly with clients to manage renewals, process changes, answer coverage questions, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

What You'll Do: Manage boat insurance policy renewals and endorsements Handle billing questions, claims communication, and customer inquiries Input and maintain accurate data in the agency management system Build and maintain strong relationships with current boating clients What We're Looking For: 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience (marine/boat experience preferred) Active Florida 440 or 220 license Strong communication and customer service skills Must be comfortable working in-office in Tampa
