The Network Supervisor is responsible for supervising and directing operations of a designated team consisting of Network Relations Specialists and Network Developers.
This is a remote position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Network Relations/Development team, ensuring contracting tasks are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with jurisdictional requirements; providing guidance as needed Assist direct reports with enrolling new customers into our certified networks Assess and ensure adequate provider coverage within our geographical contracting areas Ensures optimal team performance through ongoing training, coaching, and regular performance evaluations; recommends merit-based actions (subject to managerial approval) Handle escalated issues and complaints, such as complex contract dispute resolution Oversee provider orientation program and make adjustments as needed Accountable for overseeing regular provider data audits to ensure data integrity for networks and providers Accountable for maintaining the highest quality of service Participate in quarterly and annual quality improvement committee meetings May be required to travel overnight to attend meetings Handle human resources matters directly related to employees supervised Additional duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas across multiple platforms Ability to remain poised in stressful situations and communicate diplomatically Ability to skillfully manage multiple, complex projects and competing priorities while working under pressure to meet deadlines and maintaining strong customer service orientation Ability to work independently, while remaining available to others Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office including Excel spreadsheets Must have technical knowledge of applicable laws, policies, and procedures in defined territory Strong interpersonal, time management and analytical skills Great attention to detail and focus on results EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
Experience with medical provider negotiations and contracting required Demonstrated leadership experience required
Experience in Workers Compensation preferred

Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions.
Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
