Responsibilities Are you a detaildriven insurance professional who thrives on accuracy, insight, and meaningful impact? Step into a role where your expertise helps ensure fair, transparent, and compliant premium assessments for businesses across the country.
As a mid/senior-level Premium Auditor , you'll play a critical part in supporting our policyholders, strengthening our integrity, and shaping exceptional customer experiences.
In this dynamic role, you will: Conduct virtual premium audits across Workers' Compensation, Businessowners', and other commercial lines.
Dive into financial recordspayroll, sales, tax documentsto verify exposures and classifications with precision.
Build strong relationships as you collaborate with policyholders, agents, and internal teams to collect and validate key information.
Deliver clear, accurate audit reports that reinforce compliance, transparency, and trust.
Serve as a resource and mentor to junior auditors, sharing your knowledge and best practices.
Stay current on regulatory guidelines (ISO, NCCI, state rules) to ensure every audit meets industry standards.
Spot trends, discrepancies, or red flagsand escalate them when necessary.
Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of premium audit experience, especially in Workers' Compensation, General Liability, or Commercial Auto A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is helpfulbut equivalent handson experience is just as valuable.
Familiarity with audit tools such as Visual Audit, Nexus, or proprietary systems.
Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and timemanagement skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Certifications like CPCU or APA are a plusnot a requirement.
Salary Range $50,000-$90,000.
In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the above range represents a good-faith estimate.
Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, credentials, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
This role may be based out of any of our office locations, including: New York, NY; Parsippany, NJ; Conshohocken, PA; WilkesBarre, PA; Alpharetta, GA; Rosemont, IL; Plano, TX; and Scottsdale, AZ The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3 days per week and also be available for travel as required.
