Responsibilities The Professional Liability Adjuster is responsible for conducting office investigations and adjusting Professional Liability and Error & Omission (E&O), Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI), and Directors & Officers (D&O) Liability claims.

The Adjuster is also responsible for, but not limited to: Investigating losses and identifying coverage issues across Professional Liability, E&O, EPLO, and D&O lines Obtaining and reviewing evidence, reports, and medical records Establishing damages and reserves Processing payments Taking statements from insured's, claimants, and witnesses Participating in Mediations

Qualifications A ctive attorney license with at least 5 years of professional liability experience Prior experience adjusting Professional Liability, E&O, EPLI, and D&O claims
