Description Project Management Internship Are you a college student looking to gain hands-on experience in Project Management and business solutions? Join our Project Office team and work alongside professionals who are passionate about driving process improvements and delivering results.

The start date for this internship will be May 2026 .

In order to gain the best experience possible, we allow our Interns to work full-time during the summer with the potential to work part-time during the school year.

To be successful in our Project Office internship you must be: Enrolled and actively attending an accredited college or university working towards a degree in an Information Technology or Business related field.

Highly motivated with strong customer service and communication skills.

A self-starter who is naturally curious and eager to learn new tools while contributing to business projects.

Able to follow direction, work independently, and work as a collaborative team member.

You will have the opportunity as our Project Management Intern to: Collaborate on projects that directly impact business operations.

Assist in tracking projects and activities.

Help create and maintain project documentation.

Support the development of dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics and KPIs.

Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Learn from and collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and technical teams to implement business solutions.

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Assist with User Acceptance Testing and report defects.

Design and document test cases; execute test plans for functional, regression, and system testing.

What We're Looking For Currently enrolled and actively attending an accredited college or university.

Preferably a junior or senior working toward a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field .

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools; interest in project management and process improvement.
