Responsibilities GUARD is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join our IT Organization to support our agile transformation.
As part of our Project Management Office, the Senior Scrum Master will coach and support agile teams, drive continuous improvement, and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Key
Responsibilities: Provide direct coaching and hands on support to our agile delivery teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers and testers Lead by example agile values, transparency and adaptability Remove obstacles to team progress and keep teams focused on delivery Facilitate agile ceremonies and leverage tools like Azure DevOps for planning and reporting Drive continuous improvement by coaching teams on agile best practices and fostering a collaborative and trusting environment through observation, feedback and continuous learning Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers and QAs to ensure clear understanding of process, work and priorities Proactively identify training opportunities and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring of teams to improve collaboration, self management and engagement Prepare and maintain organizational wide agile materials and documentation
Qualifications Certified Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience in an agile environment Demonstrated experience leading teams through an agile transformation Strong understanding of Kanban, Scrum or other agile frameworks
Experience coaching and mentoring agile teams and stakeholders with various levels of agile experience Background with IT delivery, software development or business process transformation Familiarity with Monday.com, Azure DevOps, PowerBI
Experience building and delivering training materials Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Salary Range $77,762.70 - $150,082.10 + bonus In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good-faith estimate.
Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, credentials, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
This role may be based out of any of our office locations, including: New York, NY; Parsippany, NJ; Conshohocken, PA; Wilkes Barre, PA; Alpharetta, GA Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
