This executive leader will oversee a high-performing team of data scientists and partner with senior leadership to transform underwriting, pricing, claims, and operational decision-making through cutting-edge analytics.

Key
Responsibilities Establish and lead the enterprise predictive analytics roadmap aligned with strategic business goals.
Develop and deploy predictive models using GLMs (Generalized Linear Models), machine learning, and AI-driven techniques .
Partner with actuarial leadership to design triage models, refine pricing frameworks, and train underwriters on model adoption .
Identify new internal and external data sources to enhance model accuracy and decision-making.
Monitor, validate, and refine models to ensure measurable impact on performance and profitability.
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing analytics and data science team , fostering innovation and collaboration.
What Makes You a Great Fit 10+ years of senior analytics, data science, or actuarial modeling leadership within the Property & Casualty insurance industry .
Deep expertise in GLMs and advanced statistical modeling in a P&C insurance context.
Strong proficiency in R, Python, SAS, and Excel , with hands-on experience in modern modeling tools.
Proven track record of translating technical analytics into strategic business insights that drive executive decision-making.
Experience building, scaling, and leading data science teams .
Preferred: FCAS designation or actuarial background.
