Pursing subrogation is an investment of both time and resources. As with any financial investment, we want our investments to yield positive returns. Specific to subrogation, we want to ensure we are making decisions early on to invest in claims that are likely to have subrogation potential. This presentation will review, using actual case examples, the various types of claims that have subrogation potential. We will also discuss the common defense to each of those claims, allowing attendees to evaluate early on in a claim whether the claim might have subrogation potential, and is worth the investment.
