For thousands of Louisiana hurricane victims still battling their insurers over policy interpretations, Tuesday is the biggest of judgment days, with millions of dollars and, possibly, the future of the state's insurance landscape at stake. The state's high court will hear its first Hurricane Katrina insurance payment case Tuesday, and later in the day, will hear its first Hurricane Rita insurance case.
