Girl killed, dozens injured in massive pile-up on I-275
Tuesday, January 22nd, 2013 AutoA 12-year-old girl was killed and dozens hurt in a pair of crashes that closed parts of Interstate 275 and southbound I-75 on Monday. The crashes were reported in the westbound and eastbound lanes of I-275 at Hamilton Avenue and on southbound I-75 between Middletown and Monroe at the 31 mile marker. The I-275 crash involved 70 passenger vehicles and 16 commercial vehicles, sheriff’s deputies said.
