Lancaster man was sentenced to probation for submitting multiple insurance claims to repair damage on the same motorcycle. Angel Luis Carrasco-Rivera, 53, was recently sentenced to three years probation on misdemeanor theft by deception charges in Lancaster County Court. More serious felony charges were dropped as a result of a plea agreement.
Carrasco-Rivera was one of seven charged with insurance fraud in May.
