Ford Motor Co. is recalling 408,000 cars that are at risk of catching fire due to oil and gas leaks. The Dearborn-based company issued three separate recalls for cars that have problems with their oil and fuel systems. The company said the problem, which impacts approximately 8,000 2015-17 Ford Shelby GT350/R Mustang vehicles, “may result in engine failure, and in the presence of an ignition source could lead to a fire” if there is a sudden loss of oil in the engine.
