Another round of nasty weather is forecast for parts of the Northeast later Tuesday after severe storms slammed the Southeast into the early morning hours. Strong storms are predicted to fire up Tuesday afternoon and evening over parts of Pennsylvania and New York state, according to AccuWeather meteorologist Eddie Walker. Cities such as Rochester, Syracuse, and Scranton, Pa., are at greatest risk for strong winds and large hail. "A tornado or two cannot be ruled out," the Storm Prediction Center said.
