5 vehicles, train involved in Monroe crash
Thursday, May 2nd, 2013 AutoEyewitness News has learned new details about what led up to a crash involving a train and a tractor-trailer Tuesday at 5 p.m. Hundreds of PVC pipes were spilled out of the truck when Chopper 9 Skyzoom flew over the scene. The wreck shut down Old Charlotte Highway and Rocky River Road for hours. As of Tuesday night, the piping was still scattered all over Old Charlotte Highway. Witnesses said they heard a loud boom and it was all over.
