Alabama Legislature Approves Bill Raising Auto Minimum Limits
Monday, June 11th, 2007 Auto Legislation & RegulationThe Alabama Legislature adjourned last week after giving final approval to a key insurance measure, SB 202, increasing the state’s auto liability minimum limits from 20/40/10 to 25/50/25. Legislators deferred to the 2008 session final action on a bill establishing a building code council with the authority to adopt a statewide building code.
