A four-story Connecticut apartment building partially collapsed during a late night fire fought by emergency crews from several towns. At least five people were brought to the hospital with injuries and about 30 were displaced from their homes. Firefighters were called to the building in downtown Shelton at about 12:30 a.m. Monday and rescued several people. Authorities believe everyone got out before the top floors collapsed into the middle of the building.
