Beachside Mansion In Gloucester, Massachusetts Lost In Blaze

A beachside house on a private road near Wingaersheek Beach in Gloucester was completely destroyed by an intense two-alarm fire that broke out Saturday night, injuring a firefighter and igniting surrounding trees and grass, authorities said.
The single-family dwelling at 33 Two Penny Lane, which fire officials believe had been undergoing a renovation, was already fully ablaze when firefighters responded around 11:20 p.m., according to a statement from the Gloucester Fire Department.
