A multi-million dollar Hamptons home belonging to the family of billionaire Hard Rock Cafe mogul Peter Morton was destroyed in a devastating fire on Wednesday afternoon. Local sources said the oceanfront mansion, on West End Drive in East Hampton, looked like it was burning to the ground as firefighters battled the blaze, fanned by strong winds. A rep for Morton said he could not be reached for comment. But a source confirmed to Page Six, "It is the Morton family house, he shares it with his three children. Peter wasn't at the house when the fire started, he is in LA."
