Jurors in the insurance fraud trial against Cedar Rapids landlord Robert Miell deliberated for three hours Monday before calling it a day without reaching a verdict. Their deliberations followed closing arguments from attorneys representing Miell, American Family Mutual Insurance and Miell's local insurance agent Bret Throlson.
