Britney Spears Sues Insurance Companies

Britney Spears is suing eight insurance companies that rejected a $9.8 million dolllar claim that she filed after injuring her knee last summer forcing her to cancel her 2004 summer Onyx tour. The lawsuit claims that Spears and her company Britney Touring Inc. paid the firms over $1.3 million dollars in premiums, however while the policies were in full effect, Spears hurt her knee in a video shoot and was forced to have surgury the following day. 7 of the 8 insurance companies claim that Spears failed to tell them about a pre-existing left knee injury during a pre-tour medical exam which negates her claim.
