A Plattsburgh doctor heard a loud crash outside his office only to find a car in his waiting room.
It happened around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Beach Medical Services on Hammond Lane. The driver told police she swerved to avoid something in the parking lot and accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake. She’s not facing any charges. "One of my regular patients, wife, and grandchild were here. The wife and grandchild traditionally sit in that area.
