A pile of mangled metal is all that’s left of 74-year-old Judith Mammoser’s SUV. Mammoser was driving north on Boston State Road late Saturday morning when, for some reason, she didn’t make the sharp curve where the road turns into Chestnut Ridge Road. Her SUV sliced through a guiderail, went flying through the trees, and plummeted to the bottom of the ravine below. Lt. Mark Pacholec of Orchard Park Police said, "The vehicle is demolished. It’s gone. The roof of the vehicle doesn’t exist anymore. I can’t explain how she’s doing the way she is.
